On
most occasions students feel that they don't possess as much
expertise as they should need for getting to their cherished goals and
realization of dream is a thing of impossibility. This is an
instance of lack of confidence. But according to Xavierian
philosophy, every student is a potential doctor, a potential
engineer, a potential scientist and the like. Germination of
intellect largely depends upon a congenial environment that the
educational institution with its team of faculties provides. This
is indispensable for the budding talents to grow into full bloom
and translate all dreams into reality. The institute that the
student is enrolled into has the responsibility of exploring the
potential areas in the learners, planting the saplings of learning
and caring for their growth into giant plants of personality.
The
St. Xavier's College of Science and Technology like all other
units of the St. Xavier's group aims at not only ensuring
brilliant academic achievements in the council examination but
also bringing for them suitable berths in their choice able areas
through marvelous success in various post +2/SC entrance
competitions. It further aims at widening the horizon of their
confidence, so that they can strengthen their career, stand up for
themselves and meet all future eventualities. Success cannot
remain far away when confidence is built up and restored to mind.
