Eligibility
for Admission
Students
who have passed class 10th examination conducted by BSE Odisha
or equivalent of other states /CBSE/ICSE are
eligible for admission. Admission will be on merit basis under
STUDENT ACADEMIC MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS(SAMS) as per notification of
the department of Higher Education Govt. of Odisha. Candidates
selected under e-admission process (SAMS) for admission will be
intimated individually by post/e-mail in the prescribed
Intimation letter regarding the date of admission & fees to be
paid. The names of the selected candidates will also be
displayed in the college notice board.
How to Apply
The admission into +2 Sc. 1st year
class to this college shall be done ON-LINE e-admission process
under SAMS from the academic section 2011-2012. Desirous
students shall download the COMMON APPLICATION FORM (CAF) from
Govt. of odisha website (www.dheorissa.in) only after
publication of class 10th results conducted by Board of
Secondary Education, Odisha.
Submission of
Common Application form (CAF)
Application forms collected from
Govt. Of Odisha website for admission into +2 streams, the
student need to read the CAF carefully and fill it in CAPITAL
LETTERS only. After thorough checking upload the detail filled
in data online to the specified site and submit the filled in
hard copy of CAF with copies of certificates in any of the
Destination college/Resource centre/ Nodal college specified
within the prescribed period stipulated by Govt.of Odisha.

Original Conduct Certificate from the head of the Institution.

Mother - 2nos., Local Guardian - 2nos.
6.
Original Migration Certificate, if coming from other Boards.
